Ocean Waterway Mobile Home Park Inc. is located in Dania Beach, Florida, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

This 55+ community comprises 269 units spread over some 27 acres. Residents take pride in the cleanliness, the beautiful and well-maintained landscaping and safe environment of their community.

The Park’s location is also one of its main assets as it is close to I-95, the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Int’l Airport, Port Everglades, the beach, Dania Pointe and shopping centers, etc..

The Park offers a variety of services in both English and French. Residents find an extensive range of activities at their disposal.

The Park is owned and managed by a CO-OP and, out of the 269 units, 197 are owned by SHAREHOLDERS while the remaining 68 are owned by LOT-RENTERS. Ocean Waterway envoys a solid financial condition which enables it to offer some of the lowest users and rental fees available in Southeastern Florida.
